And then after the train had made its stop at Southampton remarking to myself that fewer people were on the train than normal.</p><p>And even less so after Winchester.</p><p>I put it down to maybe people being good to themselves with a planned day off after last weekend's shift to British Summer Time. Oh the humanity of that lost hour! </p><p>But then I read this...</p><p><a href="http://www.theinquirer.net/inquirer/news/2037701/iphone-users-furious-alarm-glitch-resurfaces">http://www.theinquirer.net/inquirer/news/2037701/iphone-users-furious-alarm-glitch-resurfaces</a></p><p>The iPhone calendar bug can't be responsible for there being fewer commuters this morning, can it?</p><p>There's some reassurance to be had that despite comparatively unlimited budgets (one assumes) and well deserved reputation for excellence even the world's most iconic brands screw up now and again.
